I have purchased several pieces from Russell at Omi over the past two years (Rolex, Breitling watches and diamond bracelets and necklaces). Each time has been a joyous experience. He always makes you feel at ease and never rushed. So, needless to say when I wanted a special piece, I went to visit him. As always he was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with, but more important to me is that I have complete confidence in his work. I know whatever he makes will be stunning. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he worked his magic and designed a ring that is magnificent! I could not be happier. Ok...So where do I start. First off, I was VERY nervous to do Business with anyone on line or via Social Media Platforms. I have heard horror stories of people hacking into Social Media Accounts and pretending to be who you think you are dealing with only to find out they are a fake site after you have sent money to them. You don't need to worry about that with Arthur and OMI Jewelry in NY. Arthur was great at getting back to me via WhatsApp and answered every one of my questions. He and I had numerous Video calls relative to my Rolex purchase prior to my sending him a nickel. He was extremely patient with ALL of my questions and concerns and made the entire process a breeze. My Rolex was shipped next day packaged very carefully and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would recommend Arthur and Team to anyone. Thank You Arthur. ~ Ron H
