I have purchased several pieces from Russell at Omi over the past two years (Rolex, Breitling watches and diamond bracelets and necklaces). Each time has been a joyous experience. He always makes you feel at ease and never rushed. So, needless to say when I wanted a special piece, I went to visit him. As always he was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with, but more important to me is that I have complete confidence in his work. I know whatever he makes will be stunning. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he worked his magic and designed a ring that is magnificent! I could not be happier. I live in Playa del Carmen Mexico, was in NY visiting family for Christmas, they squeezed me in to purchase a watch .
Unfortunately watch leaked, notified Russell he said no problem , when you are back we’ll take care of it .
In NY now but only for 4 days, brought watch in , I saw Russel and met Rob who helped me and they repaired in 3 hours … so I’d really have to say they don’t just focus on a sale, they focus on you as a client and provide great service, yes I will be their new Life long client.
They have a great selection of watches, Rolex, Hublot, Cartier, Patek Phillipe, Audemar Piguet, Breitling, Panerai they even carry Frank Muller .
Omi also has a large selection of diamond Jewelry so I’m sure you will be able to find whatever you need

Ok...So where do I start. First off, I was VERY nervous to do Business with anyone on line or via Social Media Platforms. I have heard horror stories of people hacking into Social Media Accounts and pretending to be who you think you are dealing with only to find out they are a fake site after you have sent money to them. You don't need to worry about that with Arthur and OMI Jewelry in NY. Arthur was great at getting back to me via WhatsApp and answered every one of my questions. He and I had numerous Video calls relative to my Rolex purchase prior to my sending him a nickel. He was extremely patient with ALL of my questions and concerns and made the entire process a breeze. My husband wanted to gift me a Rolex but I was against it... until we found OMI Jewelry. We ordered online seamlessly. It arrived beautifully boxed in a satin red pouch. Unfortunately it was not the color face I wanted so we reached out and they invited us over to pick whichever face we desired. Russel was awesome. He pulled out an array to choose from and helped me pick the best. It turned out even more gorgeous! As we waited an employee went into a safe to retrieve a tray of diamond rings. Russel ( like a magician) plucked a gorgeous round and baguette perfectly sized ring for me to see. Well... I am now the proud owner of a gorgeous Rolex and diamond ring to match. This was perhaps the most efficient and easiest transaction that I've have ever experienced. I placed the order on June 27th and recvd a call as well as text from Joe with Omi Jewelry the following day to advise of the status and any potential delays. I was even offered a very generous secondary purchuse option just in case I wanted to eliminate any delay in wait time. I received a text later that day that my order was in and that it would be shipped soon. I was sent the tracking number and recvd the order on July 1st. In total, this transaction took about 4 business days to complete which speaks volumes considering most transactions take between 7-10. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating.
Coupling terrific Customer Service, efficiency, great prices and high quality is a skill that Omi has mastered. Continue doing an outstanding job !

OMI exceeded my expectations. I wanted to get my wife a Rolex watch for our anniversary. The prices that I saw at my local jewelers were much higher than I remember a few years ago. So I decided to do a little research and explore the price range. OMI’s prices were substantially lower than what my local folks were quoting me. I looked into OMI‘s reputation, and found that they had very high ratings. So I pulled the trigger. The staff was incredibly responsive to my questions. When the watch arrived, it was beautifully packaged. The watch itself was sparkling and looked brand-new even though it is a preowned timepiece. This is an honest review…OMI Jewelry is the best. It is most importantly authentic, and secondly, it is quality jewelry. I have purchased several pieces, including a Rolex watch. I also appreciate the fact that Walter responds to any inquiry in a timely and efficient manner. I will purchase jewelry with them for years to come. As a consumer, I am particular about where I spend my hard earned money. Lastly, at no fault of OMI, I damaged my Rolex. Walter sent me a shipping label for me to return the watch for servicing. This was my first time ordering a Rolex for my wife online. I was very nervous but pulled the trigger. From my first call with Walter, he was extremely responsive and helpful. Recently purchased 2 picture pendants online for my wife and I. Was contacted by sales personnel Rodney for an upgrade for my pendant, for one he thought would be of my liking. Received both pendants via 2 day delivery. My wife absolutely loved her pendant but my pendant was just OK. Reached out to Walter via email in regards for one of my dislike. Speedy response and simple return. Spoke to Rodney again and he made it right this time. Did a one delivery cause I needed it for the weekend and it arrived on time. So I finally decided to pull the trigger and treat myself to two Rolex Watches that I have been eyeing for a long time. I ran across Omi Jewelry online and was kinda skeptical in making such a large purchase online, but after doing through research, I felt comfortable choosing them to do business with. I purchased a datejust 36mm online and got my watch in about a week. FedEx delivered it, the watch box was safely wrapped. The watch was beautiful but looked small on my wrist. I called Anthony and was told no problem send it back. I decided to fly into New York and exchange my watch. I purchased a new one 41MM Anthony and Arthur were very helpful. There was no restocking fees and they gave me a great price on the 2024 justdate 41MM model. I am so happy I purchased my watch from them. Their service was amazing. They were very helpful. OMI Jewelry has top quality products and top quality customer service. I recently bought a tennis chain from them (I live in Atlanta, so communication was critical), and they were so responsive and patient with my questions and asks. They gave me a great deal on the chain, which is nothing short of perfection. You can tell it is made with quality in mind, and the diamonds glitter like nothing I have seen before. Purchased a 26mm Women Jubilee Rolex as a gift to myself and I'm very satisfied. I must admit and be truly honest I was skeptical at first due to me ordering online and living in a completely different state. I read a few reviews which were all positive a decided to give them a chance. My watch arrived tightly packaged and with appraisal papers. I had to add one additional link due to it being a little snug on my wrist but that was to be expected. I absolutely love my Rolex very satisfied will purchase from them again in the future.

I found OMI jewelry on Instagram and was a little skeptical at first of purchasing a luxury watch with them.
